Niniejsza polityka prywatności opisuje, w jaki sposób aplikacja mobilna Czas Pracy Kierowcy zbiera, wykorzystuje i chroni dane użytkownika. Administratorem aplikacji jest Krecik Studio (kontakt: kontakt@krecikstudio.pl).
Jakie dane zbieramy
- Adres e-mail — podczas rejestracji i logowania (uwierzytelnianie przez Firebase Authentication).
- Dane wprowadzane przez użytkownika — dni pracy, godziny, kilometry, urlopy, grafik, stawki, dane profilu (np. imię, dane pojazdu), notatki.
- Lokalizacja (GPS) — dokładna i przybliżona lokalizacja urządzenia, wykorzystywana do rejestrowania trasy przejazdu oraz miejsc rozpoczęcia i zakończenia pracy. Rejestrowanie GPS działa tylko gdy użytkownik korzysta z tej funkcji.
- Identyfikatory urządzenia — w tym identyfikator reklamowy (Advertising ID), zbierany przez system reklam Google AdMob.
Jak wykorzystujemy dane
- Funkcje aplikacji — zapisywanie i wyświetlanie dni pracy, tras, statystyk oraz synchronizacja między urządzeniami użytkownika.
- Uwierzytelnianie i konto — logowanie, zarządzanie kontem, synchronizacja danych w chmurze.
- Reklamy — wyświetlanie reklam za pośrednictwem Google AdMob w wersji darmowej aplikacji.
- Analityka — pomiar wydajności i wykrywanie błędów.
Udostępnianie danych
Dane wprowadzane przez użytkownika (dni pracy, lokalizacje, profil) są przechowywane w usłudze Google Firebase wyłącznie w celu synchronizacji między urządzeniami użytkownika i nie są udostępniane innym firmom.
Google AdMob zbiera identyfikator reklamowy urządzenia w celu wyświetlania reklam. Dane te są przetwarzane przez Google zgodnie z jego polityką prywatności.

Usunięcie danych i konta
Możesz w każdej chwili usunąć konto oraz wszystkie powiązane dane bezpośrednio w aplikacji (Profil → Usuń konto) lub kontaktując się z nami: kontakt@krecikstudio.pl. Szczegóły: strona usuwania konta.
Bezpieczeństwo
Wszystkie dane przesyłane między aplikacją a serwerami są szyfrowane (HTTPS/TLS). Dane wprowadzane bez logowania są przechowywane wyłącznie lokalnie na urządzeniu użytkownika.

This privacy policy describes how the Czas Pracy Kierowcy (Driver Work Time) mobile app collects, uses and protects user data. The app is operated by Krecik Studio (contact: kontakt@krecikstudio.pl).
Data we collect
- Email address — during registration and login (authentication via Firebase Authentication).
- User-entered data — work days, hours, mileage, holidays, schedule, pay rates, profile data (e.g. name, vehicle details), notes.
- Location (GPS) — precise and approximate device location, used to record driving routes and work start/end places. GPS recording runs only when the user uses this feature.
- Device identifiers — including the Advertising ID, collected by the Google AdMob advertising system.
How we use data
- App functionality — saving and displaying work days, routes, statistics, and syncing across the user's devices.
- Authentication & account — login, account management, cloud data sync.
- Advertising — showing ads via Google AdMob in the free version.
- Analytics — performance measurement and error detection.
Data sharing
User-entered data (work days, locations, profile) is stored in Google Firebase solely to sync across the user's own devices and is not shared with other companies.
Google AdMob collects the device Advertising ID to serve ads. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
Third-party services
Data & account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting us: kontakt@krecikstudio.pl. Details: account deletion page.
Security
All data transmitted between the app and servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Data entered without logging in is stored only locally on the user's device.

Hvordan vi bruker data
- Appfunksjoner — lagre og vise arbeidsdager, ruter, statistikk, og synkronisere mellom brukerens enheter.
- Autentisering og konto — innlogging, kontoadministrasjon, skysynkronisering.
- Annonser — vise annonser via Google AdMob i gratisversjonen.
- Analyse — ytelsesmåling og feildeteksjon.
Deling av data
Data lagt inn av brukeren (arbeidsdager, posisjoner, profil) lagres i Google Firebase kun for å synkronisere mellom brukerens egne enheter, og deles ikke med andre selskaper.
Google AdMob samler inn enhetens annonse-ID for å vise annonser. Disse dataene behandles av Google i henhold til deres egen personvernerklæring.

Sletting av data og konto
Du kan slette kontoen din og alle tilknyttede data når som helst direkte i appen (Profil → Slett konto) eller ved å kontakte oss: kontakt@krecikstudio.pl. Detaljer: kontosletting-side.
Sikkerhet
Alle data som overføres mellom appen og serverne er kryptert (HTTPS/TLS). Data som legges inn uten innlogging lagres kun lokalt på brukerens enhet.
